I have read the Rebel Spring Games program information and fully understand the guidelines and policies. By submitting this entry form, I wish my team to be accepted as a participant in the 2010 Rebel Spring Games program and agree to abide by the program policies.

I understand the entry fee must be received by September 18, 2010 or my team may be dropped and replaced with another team on the waiting list.

I further understand that entry fee adjustments will occur for extra games and our participation in the Rebel Spring Games Housing Program.
