Umpire Information Umpires interested in umpire during the 2011 Rebel Spring Games program need to fill-out an application for consideration. Accepted umpres will be notified by November. For application, click HERE. Accepted umpires must register with the NCAA Softball Umpire Improvement Program and complete the the housing, travel, and ASA Verification forms. If you travel to the program via airline, please make travel arrangements before submitting housing information.
