Umpire will be provided shared lodging at the host facility at no cost, starting the night prior to first game and ending the day following last day of games. Umpires are responsible for payment of incidentals, i.e. phone charges.
Umpires may request a room with family or alone. Umpire is responsible for making payment to Rebel Spring Games, LLC for half of the room charge. This payment is due at the Saturday Umpire's meeting. Room charges are based on $50 per night tax inclusive rate.
You may stay extra nights prior to or after your scheduled week(s) at the program rate. Include dates in Housing Information.
Umpires are responsible for additional room charges and making payment to the Rebel Spring Games, LLC no later than the Saturday Umpire's Meeting.
Umpires may send payment to "Rebel Spring Games, 1201 Beckwith NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505."
Umpires not staying at the host facility are responsible for completing this form and making their own arrangements. Umpires must provide us with address and cell phone or Florida phone number where they can be reached. Umpires making own arrangements will receive a stipend. |
